Check this box to final report all the quantities on the order row as delivered. The entire rest quantity of the order is transferred to the Quantity to report field. The order row will also be highlighted in green.
When you click Save, the system updates the stock balance, unless the text Receiving inspection appears at the bottom in red font. If a receiving inspection is required, the arrival reported parts are placed in a receiving inspection register in the meantime.
Multiple Stock Locations
If there are parts with multiple stock locations that are being arrival reported in full, the arrival reporting to location will be determined by age analysis or priority of location. Read more about this window under Quantity to report.
If the part is configured with traceability you will see a message saying that the part has traceability and that you must enter a batch number. The batch number is then entered per location in the location window that can be opened in the Quantity to report field.
