The Create Tab

When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. This is where you decide how to classify and select your list. You can classify and select the activities by a number of terms as well as select which activities you want to include in the list.

Under the heading Log you can select to open the log window when the activity status is set as finished in the list. This setting is selected by default. Under Show you can select the alternative Only if previous activity is Finished.

Please note. This procedure can only be used to report activities for the logged-on user.
