Tool Bar

Above the invoice image there is a toolbar with buttons to browse between the invoice pages. There are also buttons to e.g. make annotations, add stamps, zoom etc.

• Browse between invoice pages. To the right of the buttons, you will see the current page/number of pages.
• Draw lines in the invoice.
• Highlight an area of the invoice by marking it with the cursor.
• Stamps (like Post-it notes) on the invoice. Optional stamps, such as "Received", "Approved", "Incorrect" and Authorized by", shall be created and registered on the user in the Update Stamp procedure in the Global Settings module. After this, you can select here which stamp to add on the invoice.
• Annotations (like Post-it notes) on the invoice. Annotations are used to make additional annotations. You can configure default font and background color for annotations under EIM - Annotations in the Window menu.
• Pointer can be selected after you have been using another button, for instance the magnifying glass. By using the pointer you can select and move e.g. stamps and annotations.
• Hand tool can be used to move the invoice image if it is zoomed in.
• Zoom in/zoom out on the invoice image.
• Magnifying glass magnifies a small area that follows the cursor.
• Zoom in an area on the invoice that has been marked with the cursor.
• Zoom so that the entire invoice is displayed.
• Print the invoice image.
• The exclamation mark indicates that the invoice image is missing or that there is something wrong with the invoice image.
