List Types

Under List types you will find different list types to choose from. The available options are:

• Standard
• Show Foreign Currency
• Only Total
• Coding
• Warehouse *
• Change Supplier

When selecting list type Coding, you can choose if you want to print a total list. This can be used as accounting records for arrival reported but not invoiced goods.

* If you have installed the supplement Warehouse Management and if you have got Extended Warehouse Management rights you can also select list type Warehouse.

Under printout samples, you can see samples of the different list types as well as comments regarding some of the list types.
