In order to send e-mail to administrator, you have to register the corresponding reference in the Company Info procedure.In the Info menu that appears when you right-click on the order rows in the structure list, there are a few alternatives that might come in handy.
Replan Order
This option opens the selected order in the corresponding order registration procedure where the order can be replanned.
Description
By using this option, you will find more detailed information about the order row in a separate window (the same function as when using F3 for an order number under the Order Window tab in the Part Info).
Show All Parts Included in the Daily Pace / Consumption
This option shows all the parts at the next level, which means that parts that are not affected by the delayed arrival will also be shown. This option is available only if the setting Daily pace / Consumption is checked under the Create tab.
Notify (Send E-mail)
By selecting this option you can send e-mail to different recipients. The recipient is the administrator of the part
