This is where you enter a grace period in days for the delivery period. All order rows with a delivery period before or the same as the printout date, minus the number of days in the grace period will be included in the delivery reminders.
For example, if the transport time is one day, you can enter a grace period of 1. In this case, delivery reminders will only be sent to those order rows that have a delivery period one day before or even earlier than the reminder's printout date.
You can also enter a negative value, in order to include deliveries that shall be delivered within the next few days. In some cases it is customary to remind upcoming deliveries as well.
Will be considered if a Transport time was entered on the supplier. When a transport time was entered for a supplier, then the applicable delivery period for the order row is the last delivery period for delivery from the supplier. If no transport time was entered for a supplier, then the applicable delivery period for the order row is the last delivery period for arrival at our warehouse.
