If the authorization function is used you will here see the Authorized signer.
This function is activated with the Purchase Limit setting, under Order / Inquiry in the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure. The Authorized signer and Authorized to change authorized signer are configured under the Purchase limit button in the Users procedure. The alternative Authorized to change authorized signer allows the user to change the authorized signer.
When the purchase limit is exceeded, the order can be authorized only by users registered as authorized signers in the user register.
