On a tool row (row type 9) the Location field is active, provided that the Type field on the row is set to 3 (Withdrawal). In the Location field you can then enter from which tool location the withdrawal is made.
If you have activated the setting Manage Multiple Tool Locations per Tool?, under the section Tools under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure, you will see a window here where you can select tool location.
