A form check is always made after printout. This is where the printout must be approved by clicking OK, or cancelled by clicking Cancel. At this point, you can also deselect the printout(s) that you need to do over again, and then click OK. This means that the printouts can be reset or restarted, in case you have a paper jam in your printer etc.
