For this alternative to appear, the setting Allow Reprint of Historical Orders? must be configured under the section Orders / Inquiries under the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure.
A purchase order that has arrived in full (final delivery made) is given Status 9 (Historical). It will normally be blocked for additional printouts after that. If you check this alternative, you will then be able to reprint historical orders again.
