The Create Tab

When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. This is where you decide how to classify and select your list. The activities can be classified and selected by a number of terms.

In the lower portion of the tab under the Log heading you can select whether or not the log window should open when the activity status is set as finished in the list. This setting is selected by default. Under Show you can select the alternative Only if previous activity is Finished.

Under Printout Samples, you can see an example of the list.

This procedure can only be used to report activities for the logged-on user.
