In the upper portion of the Create tab you classify and select the range of parts you want to create a Refill List for.
In the lower portion you can enter default parameters to generate purchase orders. Under Filter/sort you select which stock levels should create refill signals and prioritize parts. You can also select which Part types you want to include. Purchase parts are selected by default.
