If you check the Enough material for box, you will find a column in the list with info about how many parts can be manufactured with the existing material. For example, if 3 pieces of the material are used to manufacture a structure part and the available material balance is 9 pieces, then the material is sufficient for 3 parts.
The column appears at the end of the list if you have selected Layout > Maximized layout under the Info menu (when right-clicking) once the list has been loaded.
The calculation of "Enough material for" has a few limitations that might be good to know about. The calculation does not consider overflow on operation when calculating how many units that can be manufactured. The calculation also does not consider setup quantity on material rows or alternate preparation.
