Here you can enter a message text that for example describes the cause or reason why the part needs to be inventoried. The message can also be changed later on, after the physical inventory request has been saved, if needed.
The message is displayed to the far right in the selection list in the Selection tab in the Continuous Physical Inventory - List procedure, so that the person who loads the physical inventory list will be able to see why the part in question has a physical inventory request.
