Printout Samples

Here you can see samples of the different list types, as well as comments regarding each list type.

ClosedLog

The Log list in the example classified by Part number shows Part number; Part name; ABC code; Part code; Part type. For each physical inventory performed, the list shows the following information per part: Date (inventory date); Location; Inventory balance; Unit * (has multiple locations); Inventory difference; Price (from selected price alternative); and Value of inventory difference (Price x Inventory difference).

At the bottom of the list you will see a Total value. Here you will also see (without decimals) the total value of both positive and negative difference for all parts and physical inventories, as well as the total value of both positive and negative difference small items*. At the very bottom, you will see a total amount which is the difference between the positive and negative difference, including small items.

If you choose to classify by Part code you will also see a total per part code

If you have entered a description of the part's physical inventory, it can be shown in the list. In that case, this should be selected under the Create tab.

* "Small items" falls below the Minimum value entered under the Create tab

ClosedTotal

The Total list in the example classified by Part number shows Part number, Name, ABC code, Part code, Part type (T), Diff + (positive diff), Diff - (negative diff), Unit, Each (from selected price alternative), Value + (from positive diff), Value - (from negative diff) and Total value (the difference between Value + and Value -). The list shows all physical inventories as totals for each part.

In the lower portion of the list you will see the total value of Value +, Value - and Total value for the selected parts. You will also see the total value of small items*. At the very bottom you will see a Total which is a total value of Value +, Value - and Total value, including small items.

If you choose to classify by Part code you will also see a total value of Value +, Value - and Total value per Part code.
