Here you can see samples and detailed descriptions of the lists available in this procedure. The inventory lists are printed and used during the actual physical inventory of the stock. Therefore the lists are adapted so you can fill in the inventoried balances, the inventory date and your signature.
The Standard list shows information like Name; Part type; Location; Balance (current), and Unit for each part. If you choose to perform the inventory using the standard unit, you will in the list see a column called Alternate instead of the Unit column. If this column contains an asterisk (*), this means that the part has an alternate unit. At the far right, under Inventoried, you enter the inventoried balance. At the top of the list, you can enter the inventory date and a signature.
This list is later used as a basis when the inventory result is to be registered in the Physical Inventory procedure or in the more adequate procedure Physical Inventory List Reporting.

The Batch number list displays the same information as the Standard list, but here you can also see the batch number for the parts.. Parts that are traceable have a batch number. This list should be printed out in landscape layout (A4), so that all information can be seen.
