When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. In the upper portion of the tab you select activities for nonconformities. You can also choose to classify the list by different alternatives.
Under Basic types you can choose which basic nonconformity types that you want to include activities for in the lists.
Under Show you can choose whether to show (print) activity comments, and also if you want to show a total per status for activities. When classifying by Nonconformity number, you can choose to show external and internal comments for the nonconformities.
