Outline

The menu heading Orders in the Inventory module is part of the supplement Warehouse Management. Under Orders you will find procedures that deal with all management of stock orders.

Below you will find a brief description of all the procedures that can be found under the Orders menu in the Inventory module. You can find a more detailed description of the Warehouse Management in the Using MONITOR Procedures guide.

Register Stock Order

Here you create stock orders. A stock order is an internal order to "purchase" parts from another warehouse.

Print Stock Order

Here you print stock orders. Here you also have to select whether it is outgoing or incoming stock orders that is to be printed.

Order List - Inventory

Here you can see a list of the incoming, the outgoing or all stock orders.

Print Pick List - Stock Order

Here you can load pick lists for stock orders.

Delivery Reporting - Stock Orders

Here you perform the delivery reporting of stock orders. You can execute arrival reporting directly after the delivery reporting if the setting Allow stock order Arrival Reporting directly after Delivery Reporting? has been set under the Stock order heading under the Inventory tab in the Global Settings.

Print Delivery Note (Delivered)

This procedure is used to print delivery notes for delivered stock orders. The procedure can also be used to reprint delivery notes.

Print Transport Labels

In this procedure you can print transport labels in order to label goods that will be delivered as stock orders.

Arrival Reporting - Stock Orders

Here you perform the arrival reporting of stock orders. This procedure can be opened automatically with all data filled-in by default, loaded from the delivery reporting if you have configured the setting Allow stock order arrival reporting directly after delivery reporting? under the Stock order heading under the Inventory tab in the Settings procedure.

Print Pro Forma Invoices - Stock Order

Here you can print pro forma invoices for stock orders.
