Tools

In the Fixed assets list type you can select to show if a fixed asset is a tool.

Budget Objects

In the Fixed assets list type you can select to show future budgeted purchases. The purpose of registering such fixed assets is to include them when calculating budgetary depreciation.

Main Object/Sub-Object

This setting is available for the list types Fixed assets and Depreciation when classifying by Object. If this setting is activated, any selection of the list only applies to the main object. The sub-objects will automatically be loaded to the list and are displayed in italic font.

Only Last Depreciation

When using the Depreciation list type, this settings will only display the last depreciation. You will then see the date of the last depreciation made and the depreciated amount for each object.

Period Interval (YYYYPP)

In the Depreciation list type you can select a Period interval if the Only last depreciation setting has been deactivated. You should enter the period according to the format YYYYPP, for example "200706" (year 2007 and period 6). The purpose of this can be to see the depreciations made during a certain month or a certain period (e.g. the entire accounting year).

Sold / Retired

For the list type Depreciation you can choose to include sold or retired objects or not.
