SIE Type

Enter the format type that will be transferred. There are four SIE-types available in the system.

• Annual Balances is a format type that only exports basic information of the company such as annual balances (Opening and Closing Balances) for the current and previous fiscal years. The basic information contains the company name, the fiscal year, Chart of Accounts and SRU codes. It is often sufficient to export the annual balances to programs for tax return or annual reports.
• Period Balances is an expansion of type 1 and it contains all the entries from type 1 as well as period balances and period budget balances. The content of this file is convenient to use in different types of analysis programs.
• Object Balances is an SIE-type that also includes balances at object level, that is, cost center balances, cost unit balances and object balances.
• Transactions contains the full accounting for a fiscal year. Apart from the information given in the SIE-types mentioned above, all transactions made during the fiscal year are included. By exporting all transactions from the accounting to a program for annual accounts, it can perform automatic checks. The transactions generated by the program can easily be imported back to the accounting.
