Under this tab you can create or change forecasts manually, account by account. At the top of the tab you enter the account number and cost center, cost unit or project, if any. A consecutive number is also created for each forecast. This way you can create parallel forecasts for the same string of accounts. First you enter the number of periods ahead in time for which you wish to create forecasts. After that you enter the annual value. When the annual value has been entered, the periodic values are automatically distributed on the accounting periods ahead. The periodic values can also be entered manually. The distribution can be done linearly (without a budget chart) or with a seasonal fluctuation (with budget chart).
