In the top left corner you enter a project number in the Project field. You can, instead of project number, enter an existing consecutive number, if modifications are to be made of already performed reporting.
In the window you can register the following parameters; Activity, Cost type, Total, Hours, Reference, Employment no., Work center, Department and Comment.
By using the button to the right of the Comment... button linked documents can be displayed.
