When opening the procedure, the cursor is placed in the Account field. Enter the account from which the AutoAllocation will be created. You can also enter a name , type of AutoAllocation and allocation key. You will also find a checkbox called Inactive that is used to inactivate an AutoAllocation. The allocation accounts and their underlying cost centers, cost units or projects, which will be allocated, are entered in the lower part of the Search Form tab together with each respective percentage. The total of the percentage values must be 100. See the printout samples.
To delete an AutoAllocation, you must start by entering the basic account number at the top of the tab. Then delete all allocation accounts by using the Delete button in the toolbar Then save.
