Order Number
If you have the supplement Management Accounting, you can choose whether or not accounting against order number shall be used. The following alternatives are available.
- No - order number is not used on the account.
- Yes - the system will automatically enter the order number in ledgers and in Management accounting. The user can still change or delete the order number.
- Mandatory - the system will automatically enter the order number in ledgers and in Management accounting. The user can still change but not delete the order number.
- Locked - the system will automatically enter the order number in ledgers and in Management accounting. The user can not change or delete the order number.
If the supplement Warehouse Management is activated, the options "Warehouse" and "Warehouse mandatory" are not available for the order number field.
