Heading

Here you can select an existing or enter a new heading text using a maximum of 80 characters. The heading texts are used to gather similar codings under the same heading on printed ledgers.

If you change the name of the coding method on the heading row, this is also suggested as the heading text in a control question that appears when leaving the field.

Quantity

Here you can select a quantity, for example the balance change. The available alternatives depend on which log you have selected under the Terms tab.

Price

Here you can select a price alternative, for example standard price. The available alternatives depend on which log you have selected under the Terms tab.

Cost Factor

Here you can select one of the different cost factor alternatives that exist. This is used to be able to register different codings depending on the cost factors. This applies when coding work on manufacturing orders and calculation differences, for example that direct labor and manufacturing overhead shall be coded separately.
