Under the Part balance tab there is a table where you can add actual company databases.
Each company database that should be included is entered on a separate row in the table. The company name is shown in one of the columns.
By clicking on the drop-down menu in the Company no. field, the Select company window will open where you can select companies to add/include.
Using the button Add all databases you can also add all companies available in the system.
If the supplement called Warehouse Management is installed you can in the Select company window also select which warehouses that should be included/excluded. If you select multiple warehouses, but not all, they will be displayed on rows in the table. For these rows the Company no. field will be greyed out. The warehouse name is shown in a separate column.
