Why Use This Procedure?
Under the Part balance tab in this procedure you enter from which companies in the system the part balance should be loaded and displayed in the Part Info procedure in the Inventory module.
In this procedure you can thereby see the part balance and a planning chart for specific parts that have the same part number in several company databases. If one or several company databases have been added here, a button called Part balance - other companies will appear on the heading row in the Part Info procedure where you can see this information.
If the supplement called Warehouse Management is installed you can also select which warehouses in the different companies that should be included/excluded.
