Set of Forms

A set of forms is a collection of documents that are needed in a company (such as order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, work card etc.). Here you can select which set of forms that will apply for the company in question. The purpose of having different set of forms is to be able to use different logotypes and form settings in the different companies that you use in MONITOR. Each set of forms is saved in a separate form file called mblankeX.pbd in the Monwin directory (where X is a number for each set of forms). The manufacturing order documents are also included in a set of forms.

Several companies can also have the same set of forms number which means that it will be the same logotype and form settings for the forms. A company does not have to have the same company number as the set of forms number. For example, company 001 does not have to use the set of forms number 1, but a warning will be displayed in that case to make the user aware of the selection made.

All necessary forms are generated in the Form Settings and Manufacturing Order Documents procedures.
