This is where you enter the company's mailing address. This can also be called the PO Box address or invoicing or billing address. If you print form footers, the mailing address will be printed in the footer. Enter the PO Box number on row 1, and your city and zip code (postal code) on row 3. Rows 2 and 4 are extra rows for particularly long addresses.
