Check this box if you by default should be allowed to enter specifications for accounts in the class of accounts 3-8 during accounting. Specifications can be used freely during coding in order to enter a text or a comment for a particular transaction. However, you can modify this option afterwards, by using the Print Chart of Accounts procedure.
