In this section, you will find settings that apply to unplanned stock withdrawals and arrivals.
Use Reference Field in Unplanned Stock Movement?
If you check this setting, you must also enter a reference during unplanned stock withdrawals or arrivals using the Unplanned Stock Movement procedure in the Inventory module. If this alternative has not been checked, the reference field will not be visible in that procedure.
Apply Coding in Unplanned Stock Movement?
By checking this box, coding must be applied to all unplanned stock movements (both stock withdrawals and arrivals) in the above mentioned procedure. If so, a coding box will open when you change rows (save) in that procedure.
Show Coding from Previous Row?
When the Apply Coding in Unplanned Stock Movement setting has been checked you can here select that the selected inventory accounts when coding a row will also be suggested when coding the next row in the Unplanned Stock Movement procedure.
