External Users is a supplement to MONITOR that is used during e-commerce solutions.
Why Use This Procedure?
This procedure is used to register customers and suppliers that shall have access to MONITOR's e-commerce solution. The e-commerce application can be developed so that the users have to logon in order to access the different services. This logon information is registered for each customer/supplier in MONITOR. You can also assign an access level to each customer/supplier. These access levels can be used to determine or limit the functions to which the customers/suppliers shall have access.
This procedure consists of two tabs called Customers and Suppliers.
Since this procedure handles sensitive information such as logon name and password, only a few users should have access rights to the External Users.
