The link rows that are displayed in the MEDI window are the ones that have the setting EDI Data activated in the EDI Links procedure. The link rows that are selected by default in the Select column are the link rows that have been selected in the Active column in the above mentioned procedure. It is for the selected link rows in the window that the import file will be loaded into the database, and in the same way the export file will be created from the database.
In the ID column you will see an ID number for the file. In the Dir. column you can see whether it is an import or an export file (direction). In the Name column you will see the name of the EDI link. The Method column displays which method that has been selected for the export/import on the link.
By using the buttons Select All and Deselect All you can check all or uncheck all check boxes for the import files.
By using the button Validate selected you can validate the data in the import files that will be imported on the selected link rows. The result is then shown in a log window.
With the OK button you execute the run of MEDI and the Cancel button closes the window.
