User Rights

1. Open the User Rights procedure in the Global Settings module.
2. In the beginning, no one has got any user rights for the new warehouse. If you are going to use other user rights groups for the new warehouse, these must first be registered.
3. In the User Rights procedure you must mark new procedures that are connected to the warehouse as Visible or Available for the user rights groups that shall have access to them. Otherwise these procedures will not “be available” for the user.
   Certain users is to be able to work in several warehouses and the user rights groups they belong to must then have the Extended Warehouse box checked in the affected procedures.
   
   
   
   Please note. Today, there is no short cut key to select Extended Warehouse for all procedures at the same time. This must be checked manually per procedure. Normally, it is only in a few procedures that a user will need Extended warehouse management. The user Admin has always Extended warehouse in all procedures.
