Under List you decide on what you want to base your calculation, whether it is delivery reliability or rejects. The available selections are:

• Delivery reliability (default) - this alternative measures delivery reliability. There are additional settings under the headings Period, Format, Allowance for on-time deliveries and Work days. These settings are used to create your supplier rating.
• Rejects - this alternative measures rejects.
