Your MONITOR system allows you to create Alternate preparations. An alternate preparation means that you can configure different terms for operation or material rows. Terms and conditions mean that an operation row or material row should replace the previous row, or that an extra row should be added or deleted, for example for a particular customer or a certain period of time etc.
In order to use alternate preparations you must configure the setting Use alternate preparations?, under the Preparations heading that you will find under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure, either to 0 or 1. If you use alternative 1, the term columns will be available if the box Show terms is checked under the Create tab. If you use alternative 0, the term columns appear from the very beginning.
