When selecting the option With standard configuration, the standard configurations on configured parts will be included in the calculation. This means that no other configuration selections will be included.
This selection is normally not needed since no configuration for configured parts is needed in the calculation. Only their basic preparations will then be included which takes place automatically. This is normally the best calculation method since the configured parts are calculated with their basic preparations and all the available selections are calculated with their preparation.
