Search Form

The Search Form consists of two portions. When you open the procedure, the left portion appears. The left portion is used to select suppliers by a number of alternatives.

Here you can also enter; if you want to use the form type Fax, if you want to print printout date, our reference, your reference, copies, grace period, only order confirmed and if you want to include text rows.

The right portion of the window - the Selection portion - is accessed by using the Preliminary Selection button under the Window functions. This window shows which suppliers that will receive delivery reminders. You can also deselect suppliers by unchecking the box after their code.
