Printout Samples

Here are a few printout samples, with explanations for each list.

ClosedStandard

The list type Standard shows the loading - for each internal work center - within the selection made under the Create tab. The additional info that is shown in the list is: Order number; Part number; Name; Operation; Start date; Finish date; Rest quantity; Rest time; Status (S); Priority (P); Previous operation (P); Material clearance (M) and Report number.

In the P column you will see an S if the previous operation is started, an I if the previous operation is in progress and has the same reported quantity as this operation, a green P if the partial reported quantity on the previous operation is larger than what has been reported (approved + rejected) on this operation, a green F if the previous operation is finished and empty if the previous operation is not started.

In the M column you will see an E if material requirements exist and a C if the material has been cleared. The checkbox to the right is selected by default if the material can be cleared. Via the Info menu you can link to the Material Clearance to clear the material. You can also deselect a clearance via the Info menu.

In this example the Select operations ready to run option was selected under Properties under the Create tab. Then the rows with operations ready to run will be shown in italic and green font in the list. If the material is cleared they are shown in bold font.

ClosedShow Goods Location

The list type Show goods location shows the same information as list type Standard, with the addition of a column for goods location where the material was placed after the earlier operation. This list is used if you apply goods locations for intermediate storage of withdrawn material while it awaits the next operation.
