Include

Under Include you will find different alternatives depending on the selected list type.

• Blocked - the list also includes/shows recording regarding employees that have been blocked. Not available for the list types Only present employees, Only work in progress and Only addition. Read more about blocked employees in the Update Employee procedure.
• Only employees authorized by me - includes only employees that the user in question is allowed to authorize. This alternative is available for all list types.
• Recording type 'Work only' - does not include any attendance recording. This alternative is only available for the list types Extended work recording, Only work in progress, and also for the list type Recording if you have checked the Work recording alternative under Show...
• New page / employee - when you print the list, a new page is created for each employee. Available only for the list types Recording, Total per salary type, Recording + total per salary type and Deviation from planned/actual time.
