Under Show... you will find additional alternatives depending on the selected list type. The following alternatives exist for list type Recording:

• Attendance recording - shows attendance recording in the list.
• Work recording - shows work recording in the list.
• Salary type distribution - shows the distribution of salary types for attendance recording (that is, the salary type or types that have been linked to each respective recording).
• Comments - shows comments entered by the employee during recording of attendance, work, overtime and absence. The comments can not be shown in combination with the alternative Salary type distribution.

The following alternatives are available for the list types Recording, Total per salary type, Recording + total per salary type and Only addition:

• Authorized - shows only records that have been authorized.
• Not authorized - shows only records that have not been authorized.
• All - shows both Authorized and Not authorized records.
