List Types
You can show different information in your list by selecting different List types. There are also additional variations available using the options under the section Show. The available list types are:
- Attendance/work. This list shows a summary of the recorded time for attendance and work for one or more employees during the selected time period. If the options "Show breakdown of absence" and "Show breakdown of indirect work" were selected, then lists showing the breakdown of absence, not order-bound and indirect time will be shown as well for all selected employees.
- Breakdown absence/employee. This list shows a breakdown of the recorded absence per employee. Use the arrow buttons for Next page
, Previous page
, First page
and Last page
to browse between the different employees.
- Breakdown indirect/employee. This list shows a breakdown of the time for Indirect work and Not order-bound work per employee. Browse between the different employees using the buttons indicated above.
- Recording type work only.
- Link indirect work Log/Total. This list shows detailed information about indirect work recording.
