Please Note! If the subcontract documents have been printed in the Print Manufacturing Order procedure, the documents can not be reprinted in this procedure.What Does This Procedure Do?
In this procedure you can reprint purchase orders and delivery notes.
No statistics are updated in this procedure. The document will be given the same printout date as the original document.
You can print on a preprinted form or on a blank paper. In the Form Settings procedure in the Global Settings module, you can describe how you want printouts to be handled, such as how many copies of the document you want to print, etc.
A reprinted subcontract document can be sent as an attachment in an e-mail message. Any linked documents will also be attached. The e-mail address will be loaded according to the rules that are described in the E-mail field in the Help Function for Register Purchase Order procedure, but this can be changed manually in the e-mail program if needed.
You can reprint subcontract documents at any time after the original documents have been printed.

Managing Windows
The Search Form in this procedure consists of two portions. In the left portion of the window, you can select the printout by entering an interval of purchase orders, manufacturing orders, supplier codes or printout dates.
In the left portion of the window you select if you want to print purchase orders or delivery notes.
In the right portion of the window, which only appears after you have clicked on Preliminary selection, you can see which documents that will be printed when clicking on Print. You can also deselect documents that you do not want to print and preview a document by using Preview.
No form check after printout is made in this procedure since no status is updated. In other words, the documents can be printed repeatedly.
