General Information about Tool Inventory Value List

You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.

What Does This Procedure Do?

Under the Create tab you can load and print an inventory value list of all tools included in the tool register. The inventory value list (also known as a stock value list) can contain all the different types of tools.

You can decide whether tools in the fixed asset register should be included in the value list. You can also choose whether the customer’s tools should be included in the value list or not.

This value can be based on the standard price on the tool, or the supplier's price for supplier links, without taking any discounts into account.

You can configure a minimum value for tools that should be reported separately. The tools whose value (quantity x price) falls below this minimum value, will be reported a lump sum at the end of the list under Small items.

You can see samples of this list, containing explanations under printout samples.
