Under the Comment button you can enter comments for each tool.
If you have activated the setting Show part's purchase comment on orders/inquiries?, under Orders / Inquiries under the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure, this comment will be printed as a text row on purchase orders.
If you have installed the supplement Document Viewing, you can use the Document Viewer button to link external documents or files to a tool.
