List Types

Under List types, you can select the following list types and settings:

• Price List - (default) If you select Price list you can also select different Price alternatives.
• Customer Prices - If you select Customer prices you can also classify/select by Customer code.
• Order Simulated Price - If you select Order simulated price you can select a Customer code for price calculation. A section called Properties is also available when selecting this list type. Here you will find three different alternatives for quantity used in the price calculation. The order simulated price shown in the list corresponds to the price that is generated when registering customer orders.
• Order Simulated Price - External - This list is the same as the Order simulated price list but this list can be sent to customers via e-mail under the Display List tab by using the button Send via e-mail in the Window functions. Therefore you can also select Your reference, E-mail address to which the price list will be sent and Our reference. This function is part of the MONITOR-to-MONITOR feature. You can also choose to include valid through, price comment and lead time.

Customer Code

This alternative is available for the list types Order simulated price and Order simulated price - external. Here you can select a customer code for the price calculation.

Your Reference

This option is available for the list type Order simulated price - external. Here you will see the customer's first reference in the Customer code field, but it is possible to select other customer references.

E-mail

This option is available for the list type Order simulated price - external. Here you will see the e-mail address to the reference selected in the field Your reference.

Our Reference

This option is available for the list type Order simulated price - external. In the Our reference field you will see the reference person that the user last selected on a quote, customer order or invoice. If a reference is selected as the default reference in the Users procedure in the Global Settings, this reference will always be shown.
