Part Row (Row Type 1)
Enter the part number in question, or use the PopUp window to select a part. If you are using row type 1, the part must be registered in the part register.
Additional Order Row (Row Type 2)
Enter an optional part number for a part. The part does not have to be registered in the part register.
Service Row (Row Type 3)
Enter the service in question, or use the PopUp window to select a service. If you are using row type 3, the service must be registered in the service register.
Text Row (Row Type 4)
Enter an optional text, using max 70 characters.
Row type 4 can also be used to link information from the part register. The information that can be linked is:
The settings that determine which information will be included can be found under Orders / Quotes under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure. When a part with linked information is entered (row type 1), the applicable information automatically appears as row type 4.
