The Info Menu

On the Info menu in the Customer Info procedure you will find the alternatives below.

Update Customer

On the heading row, when placing the cursor over the Cust. code and Cust. name fields, you can open the loaded customer in the Update Customer procedure.

Register Quote

By using this alternative the customer in question will be loaded to a new quote in the Register Quote procedure.

Register Customer Order

By using this alternative the customer in question will be loaded to a new customer order in the Register Customer Order procedure.

Register Nonconformity

By using this alternative the customer in question will be loaded to a new nonconformity in the Register Nonconformity procedure.

Register Service Order

By using this alternative the customer in question will be loaded to a new service order in the Register Service Order procedure. (This applies to systems with the supplement Service Management.)

Quote List...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Quote backlog button, you can open the loaded customer in the Quote List procedure.

Order List - Sales...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Order backlog button, you can open the loaded customer in the Order List - Sales procedure.

Invoice Basis...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Invoice basis button, you can open the loaded customer in the Invoice Basis procedure.

Invoicing Log...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Invoice log button, you can open the loaded customer in the Invoicing Log procedure.

Accounts Receivable Ledger...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Receivables button, you can open the loaded customer in the Accounts Receivable Ledger procedure.

Delivery Reliability to Customer...

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Delivery reliability button, you can open the loaded customer in the Delivery Reliability to Customer procedure.

Sales Statistics - Customers

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Sales statistics button, you can open the loaded customer in the Sales Statistics - Customers procedure.

Part List - Sales

Under the Settings / Status tab, when placing the cursor over the Prices button, you can open the loaded customer in the Part List - Sales procedure.

Create Monitoring Task

If you have installed the supplement MONITOR Agent you can create monitoring tasks for the selected customer activity under the CRM tab. Read more about the MONITOR Agent in the Supplements chapter in the MONITOR Basics.
