General Information about Activity Reporting - Customer

You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.

Why Use This Procedure?

This procedure is used to report customer activities in a list. Here you can update status, comments, who performed the reporting and reporting date. Reportings made in this procedure are the same as in the Update Customer and Customer Info procedures, but it can be useful and rational to report many activities at the same time in an updatable list.

The user that is reporting the activity can only see the activities in the list that he or she is authorized or "Responsible" for reporting.

The information is determined by different classification and selection alternatives under the Create tab. You can select activities by Planned date, Activity, Activity status, Customer code, Customer category and Customer status.

Please see the list description in the printout samples.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

The information that can be reported for activities includes status, comments, who reported and the report date.

Can Any Charts be Displayed?

There are no charts or graphs available in this procedure.
