In the Our reference field you will see the reference person last selected on a quote, customer order, agreement or invoice. If a reference is selected as the default reference in the Users procedure in the Global Settings, this reference will always be shown. The references must be registered in the Company Info procedure in the Global Settings. Our reference does not have to be the same as the Responsible.
